Is there a way to troubleshoot the scheduling of Log Shipping jobs?  I have the Copy Job set up to delete files older than 5 days and it doesn't.  The Backup Job deletes files older than 5 days. 

We are not exactly sure what you mean from your post.  Can you explain further?

The "Copy" job created by the Log Shipping "wizard" copies the log files from the primary server but doesn't delete files older than the specified time frame.  I set it to delete files older than 5 days.  On the primary server, the log shipping backup job keeps only 5 days worth and no more.
