Info Sheet - Cluster Configuration

This informational sheet should be filled out completely prior to starting the installation/configuration of a new cluster. If you are installing a new SQL Server non-clustered instance, this sheet can still be used for tracking non-cluster details (i.e. MSDTC, DNS, etc.) NOTE: Only include user/password information if secure document – if not, simply reference the location to retrieve.

About Chad Boyd

Chad is an Architect, Administrator, and Developer with technologies such as Sql Server (and all related technologies), Windows Server, and Windows Clustering. Chad's primary responsibilities today include troubleshooting critical server situations, performance tuning and monitoring, disaster recovery planning and execution, architectural guidance for new Sql Server related deployments, and delivering deep technical workshops/presentations/proof-of-concept sessions covering a variety of technologies and functionality.
